Swiss Chard
Swiss Chard – Blitva
Swiss Chard Ingredients
- 2 Bunches Swiss Chard (or spinach)
- 1 Potato
- 2 or 3 Cloves Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice (Optional)
Cooking Instructions
Peel, cube, and cook potatoes in water until done.
Add cleaned and chopped swiss chard.
After a few minutes, drain well.
Sprinkle with olive oil, chopped garlic, and lemon juice.
Salt and pepper if desired.
We usualy served Swiss Chard with cheese and anchovies.
